Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our customers and in some cases we have become the technical arm to a business or the tech resource for a web agency. Whatever type of relationship we have; quality, professionalism, and rapid response times are what we prioritise.

Secondly, because he delivers - he has a strong can-do attitude and works hard to meet often unrealistic deadlines. And thirdly, and possibly most importantly, because his technical knowledge is both wide and deep which means that he is always able to come up with an effective solution, often fore-seeing and covering off problems that I hadn't even thought of.
