About the Business

When I am contacted by a potential client, the first thing to do is get an understanding of their requirements. Every client's requirements differ from one another, some need graphical services such as new logo designing or stationery packages created others just want a web page updating. Therefore it is important to try and get the full picture of what the client needs and what they want to achieve. I will try to provide a tailored package to suit the needs of the client whilst keeping within budget. If the client is happy to move forward then I will write up a proposal explaining the services that I can offer and what each service includes. Usually when I am contacted by a client wanting a website designed, they may not have all the images, content, brochures, and data sheets to hand. It is important to gather as much information prior to the project starting to allow me time to analyse the information and see how the website is best laid out.
